Bug reports, formats that should be supported, and corrections are all welcome.
Replies usually come within a few days. This is run by one person alongside a full-time job, so it is not a support desk — but genuine bug reports get looked at properly.
Especially useful to hear about
- A file the tool got wrong. Either metadata it missed, or a cleaned file that would not reopen afterwards. Please describe the file rather than sending it — never email a document you would not want a stranger to read.
- A format worth adding. Video files and older Office formats are the two most commonly asked for.
- A factual correction. Everything on this site is written to be accurate. If something here is wrong or has gone out of date, say so and it will be fixed.
What this is not
