Replies usually come within a few days. This is run by one person alongside a full-time job, so it is not a support desk — but genuine bug reports get looked at properly.

Especially useful to hear about

A file the tool got wrong. Either metadata it missed, or a cleaned file that would not reopen afterwards. Please describe the file rather than sending it — never email a document you would not want a stranger to read.
A format worth adding. Video files and older Office formats are the two most commonly asked for.
A factual correction. Everything on this site is written to be accurate. If something here is wrong or has gone out of date, say so and it will be fixed.
